AssetTrace is a trading brand for asset-tracing and crypto/fund-recovery services. AssetTrace is not itself an incorporated company. The services are contracted and delivered through ForFarmers Nederland BV (Netherlands), which acts as the contracting entity; payments are processed by Real Transfer Limited (United Kingdom). We trace misappropriated crypto-assets and coordinate with counsel and law enforcement toward recovery. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

We make no guarantee of asset recovery. Outcomes depend on where the funds currently sit, which jurisdiction applies, the quality of available evidence, and whether a civil or criminal route is viable. Any figures or timelines we publish are typical results, not promises.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
